BOARD OF DIRECTORS A board of directors governs the work of the Diomede D. Theodore Foundation as a nonprofit charitable organization with tax-exempt 501 (c) (3) status. A core team of staff and volunteers oversees the administration and programs. A pastor oversees the daily operation of the organization.
